We want you to love your MERSEE pieces. If you need a different size, we are happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability.

You have 5 days from the date your order is delivered to request a size exchange.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, stains, odors, or damage will not be accepted.

Please note that MERSEE does not offer refunds. All eligible returns are accepted for size exchanges only.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with international exchanges, including the return shipment and the shipment of the replacement item.
